Kassandra Kornbau

Kassandra’s goal is to create a collaborative relationship with you to understand your unique story and provide individualized treatment through evidence-based practices. Her clinical interests include, but are not limited to, the following: attention deficit disorders, post traumatic stress disorder, insomnia, depressive disorders, anxiety/panic disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, binge eating disorder, and mood disorders.

“Many diverse factors can impact a person’s mental health, so my approach to treatment is holistic, highly collaborative, and heavily influenced by patient education and involvement. I believe medication works best when combined with therapy, and I offer brief psychotherapy and often refer to a counselor or psychologist that is chosen specifically for you.”

In keeping with the spirit of self-care, Kassandra enjoys reading, being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their four children. She has served in the USAF since 2002 and is committed to continuing to serve our military and their families. She is passionate about improving health outcomes, sharing resources, and inspiring others to do the same.
