Karissa McIltrot

LPC

Karissa’s personal journey through mental health treatment has been the motivation to help others.

“Counseling can be challenging, and I enjoy being the person that creates a safe and trusting environment for clients to share their stories and reach their goals.”

Always interested in how strong the mind is, Karissa works collaboratively with her clients — letting them lead the way. She provides the tools to help clients reach their goals, recognizing that the counseling experience should be as unique as one’s individual experiences. She treats children ages 6+, adolescents and adults, specializing in ADHD, anxiety disorder, cognitive behavioral therapy, crisis and trauma, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), stress management and group therapy.¬†

In her spare time, Karissa enjoys camping, biking, being outdoors and exercising.
