Jacob understands that we all struggle with some form of mental health and taking that first step can be the most difficult. He does this work to provide a non-judgmental space where those who are struggling can freely express themselves.

Jacob works with those who have anxiety, depression, or who are struggling to find balance with everyday stressors. He also works with those in the LGBTQ+ community who are seeking support and a safe space. His main modality is a client centered approach where together you will work on what needs the most attention and address various areas of concern.

Specialties include anxiety disorder, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), depression, gender dysphoria, gender non-conforming, LGBTQIA issues, stress management, and transgender care.

“I believe that everyone is the author of their experience and those experiences deserve the proper exploration in what each person needs for themselves. The first step can be the most difficult, however, know you’re not alone and we can take these steps to bettering your mental health together.”

In his spare time, Jacob enjoys reading, painting, video games and spending time with close friends.
