Diana Wolf

“I feel blessed to do this work!”

After years in more of an administrative role, Diana truly found herself in this work as a therapist and clinical supervisor. Her therapeutic approach includes humor, honesty, and directness, with an emphasis on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Trauma-Informed Interventions.

Specialities include ADHD, anxiety disorder, cognitive behavioral therapy, couples therapy, DBT therapy, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance abuse and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

“I don’t believe in ‘normal’ and certainly recognize that we are all trying to get by in an often chaotic and stressful world (myself included!). I am honored to be part of my clients’, supervisees’, and students’ journeys.”

In her spare time, Diana enjoys spending time with her husband and son, usually playing or watching sports. She is currently coaching her son’s U12 soccer team.
